Annual Sites
At Palm Beach Caravan Park we regard an annual as a
regular customer who owns their own caravan or cabin and leaves it
onsite. They have full access to the parks facilities including the
Laundry and Undercover BBQ area.
The monthly site fee will cover the immediate family for use of the site for 100 days a year, as well as water charges, mowing of lawns.
Annual site are $245 per calender month
Electricity is charged at normal domestic rates.
All Visitors: $10.00 per night
A maximum stay of 28 days is permitted at any one time
